Teresa has devoted her 20-year legal career to assisting seniors, disabled individuals and their families achieve peace of mind through estate planning, long-term care planning, and probate. She is certified by the State of Texas to handle guardianship and heirship proceedings. Teresa is a long-time resident of Georgetown and enjoys serving her community in all matters related to elder law, estate planning, probate, guardianship, and asset protection. When not working, Teresa enjoys hiking at the many parks and trails in the Georgetown area and spending time with her husband and rescue dachshunds, Bonnie and Clyde.
Teresa is committed to serving in the community. She has offered Caregiver Seminars, served on the boards of multiple nonprofits including Austin Groups for the Elderly (AGE), RSVP, and Faith in Action. Teresa graduated with a BS and a BA from the University of Texas at Austin, and graduated from the University of Texas School of Law. She is a member of the Delta Theta Phi law fraternity.
