Chris Freyder

Chris is driven by a deep commitment to helping families take control of their future through personalized and thorough estate planning. He believes that every family deserves an effective plan that not only honors their goals but also shields them from uncertainty during life’s most vulnerable and complicated moments.
Whether drafting wills and trusts, guiding clients through probate, or navigating complex Medicaid planning and guardianship issues, Chris approaches each matter with a strong sense of purpose and dedication to a good and just outcome.
His experience with complex litigation taught him that details matter. It also reinforced the importance of developing strategies that not only address life as it is today – but also life as it could be tomorrow. His goal is to ensure that every plan he creates is resilient — designed to stand strong when it matters most.
Originally from New Orleans, Chris was drawn to the beauty and community of The Texas Hill Country, and he now proudly calls Austin home. He graduated magna cum laude from Louisiana State University in 2011 and earned his J.D. from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2016. He is an active member of the Williamson County Bar Association and the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce.
Outside the office, you’ll find Chris recharging in the parks of Greater Austin—hiking, swimming, camping, and enjoying the outdoors that first inspired him to plant roots in Central Texas.
