Daniel Hare

Daniel Hare represents individuals and families in matters of elder law, estate planning, probate, and guardianship. He advises clients on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, Medicaid planning, and strategies to protect assets and provide for future care. Daniel also guides families through probate and guardianship proceedings with professionalism and compassion, helping them navigate difficult transitions with clarity and confidence.
Daniel also serves clients in the college sports industry, drafting and reviewing NIL and revenue-sharing agreements, assisting athletes with NCAA eligibility matters, forming LLCs, and protecting athletes’ trademarks and other intellectual property. He teaches sports law courses at Baylor University and Linfield University and has presented at numerous Continuing Legal Education seminars.
Daniel is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and serves on the Board of the Texas Entertainment & Sports Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the Board of the Judge Abner V. McCall American Inn of Court, and the Sports Lawyers Association College Sports Planning Committee. He earned his J.D. from Baylor Law School and both his B.B.A. in Finance and M.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.
